Gift Ideas for Teens, Practical and Fun Ideas for Birthday and Christmas

Teens can be a hard age group to buy gifts for, usually. But this list will include some fun and practical ideas, that will hopefully help you find what you need. I suggest when purchasing a gift for your teenager, you first ask for a list from the teen. Go through the list, doling out ideas to family, grandparent and whoever else may be purchasing a gift. If your teen does not have any ideas to give you, pay close attention to things they may need – like new seasonal clothing because they have grown over the past year. Video Games While I believe parents need to be vigilant in what type of video game they allow their teenager to play and that all sedentary activities should be balanced with active play, I do think video gaming is an awesome past time. You have to think things through, move things around, figure out mysteries – they are this generations puzzles and really get your brain working. Plus, they give you something to connect to your teenager about – even if it is how bad you are at playing them 😉 The latest in iPhones There are smartphones, and then there’s the iPhone. It continues to set the standard with its stunning Retina display, powerful chip, and long battery life. And with the world’s largest selection of apps, there’s almost no limit to what the iPhone can do.
